COMICDOC files are files which are generated by the Plasq Comic Life software, a comic book generation suite. These files generally contain layout information for a comic book, but may also contain the associated images that were used in the comic, the storyboard that has been laid over the images, and other visual effects that were placed in to or over the images used for the comic.
